7 dl Unsweetened soy milk
10 g Iodised salt
100 g Dairy-free margarine

Pour the mashed potato pellets into a GN container (GN 1/1-65 mm). Add the soy milk, salt and margarine. Steam-cook at 100 °C without a lid for approximately 20 minutes. Stir and serve.
Serve with the spinach pancake and apple and lingonberry compote.
