Instructions

Measure the water, diced onions, seasonings and soy sauce into a pot and heat up. Add the mustard.

Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch and water and boil for a moment.

Add the oat cooking cream.

Add the broad bean strips and heat up. (If you wish, you can also preheat the strips by steam-baking them in GN containers in a multifunction oven.) Serve with boiled potatoes.
