Instructions
Measure the water, diced onions, seasonings and tomato paste into a pot and heat them up.
Thicken with a mixture of wheat flour and water and let boil for a moment. Taste to check the flavour.
Add the seitan kebab and heat up the sauce. Add chilli powder if you wish. Serve with cooked barley or oats.
