Instructions
Measure the water into a pot and add the onions as well as the diced potatoes and root vegetables. Add also the vegetable stock powder, mince meat seasoning and rapeseed oil. Boil until the potatoes and root vegetables have softened.
Add the slightly thawed pea protein mince as well as the salt and heat up. Taste to check the flavour and add salt if needed.
Decorate with parsley.
